Managing Partner
Harry Badanes is the managing partner of J.D. Cloud & Co. L.L.P.. He has established a career based on serving the financial, tax and consulting needs of closely-held businesses. Today, he specializes in estate and financial planning, valuation services, litigation support, and business advisory services.
Harry is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Ohio Society of CPAs. He is also a member of the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts and the Financial Planning Association. He is a past president of the Cincinnati Chapter of the Ohio Society of CPAs and has served on the Board of CPA Associates International. He has served on the Elder Council of Mariemont Community Church for over twenty-five years.
