Dan has been a part of J.D. Cloud since he began his career as an accountant in 1984. Throughout his career Dan has developed a practice working with closely-held and publicly traded companies, manufacturing, financial services, not-for-profit entities, taxation and peer review. His primary focus includes providing assurance and attest services, tax consulting and peer review services.
