John has over fifteen years in public accounting. He leads J.D. Cloud’s tax department where his exceptional client service and his acumen for tax planning, research and compliance has been a valued asset to the firm and its clients. Additionally, John has considerable experience with C corporations, S corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships and not-for-profit organizations. He has acquired a substantial amount of knowledge relating to tax issues of organizations that engage in lobbying and political activities.
