How do you bill for your services?
We offer a fee-based service. Typically, our fees are determined by hours times standard rates. In certain circumstances, fixed fee arrangements are available. We frequently are able to provide estimates of our fees in advance of the performance of services.
What hours are you available?
Our normal business hours are from 8:00 to 5:00, Monday through Friday. We communicate with voicemail, email and mobile phones to facilitate our accessibility during normal work hours and other times.
