    VPC supports user customized network deployment, and the elastic network interface may support multiple IPs, to meet the network deployment demands for several complicated scenarios

Typical Scenario: Oracle RAC Architecture

Solution: In the safe and isolated network environment of JD Cloud VPC, 2 virtual machines are used as the computing nodes of Oracle RAC, and the multi-point mounted cloud disk is used and enabled as the share storage. Data may be backed up to the cloud disk through RMAN

Oracle HA

Typical Scenario: Oracle HA Architecture

Solution: In the safe and isolated network environment of JD Cloud VPC, 2 virtual machines are used as the computing nodes of Oracle HA, and the multi-point mounted cloud disk is used and enabled as the share storage. Under normal status, master nodes provides service externally, and in case of master node exception, it shall be automatically switched to backup nodes

Oracle Disaster Recovery

Typical Scenario: Oracle Multiple Availability Zone Disaster Recovery

Solution: In the safe and isolated network environment of JD Cloud VPC, Oracle master and backup instances are deployed in different availability zones, data synchronization is carried out through ADG among master and backup instances to implement the disaster recovery architecture. In case of instance availability zone exception, backup instances may still provide services externally to meet enterprise users’ demands for database service

Oracle Backup

Typical Scenario: Oracle Data Backup

Solution: Data may be backed up to the cloud disk through RMAN built in Oracle and uploaded to OSS object storage service. Snapshots may also be created regularly through the snapshot feature of cloud disk and automatically stored in OSS object storage service.
